Bus Rentals

Taylor Bus Sales rents vehicles to churches, schools, other organizations and individuals. All vans are picked up and returned to our Murray, KY location.  Buses are rented from all our locations.  Drivers must be provided by the organization renting the bus.

We need the following information in order to provide a quote for bus/vehicle rental:

  • The size of the bus required
    The day the bus will be picked up and returned to our location
    The itinerary of the planned trip so that we can calculate the mileage

We have the following bus/rental sizes for rental:

  • Van – 12 and 15 passenger vans for indivudals and organizations. No CDL required.
  • Small bus – 15 passenger buses for individuals and organizations. No CDL required.
  • Medium bus – 24 passenger buses for organizations only. CDL required (Commercial Drivers License), with a P (passenger) endorsement.
  • Large bus – 33 to 90 passenger school buses for organizations/businesses only. CDL required (Commercial Drivers License), with a P (passenger) endorsement.
Important: Insurance Requirements
Since we are not a rental company, we neither carry, nor offer rental insurance. Only organizations with the ability to acquire Hired Auto Insurance listing Taylor Bus Sales as an Additional Insured and Loss Payee are able to rent our medium and large buses. This requirement does not allow for rentals of our buses to individuals. Click here for a sample of the insurance.
